• Exchange received by UPS 2 day or Overnight service will be exchanged first. All other packages will be handled in the order they have been received. Please allow 24 hours to process your exchange. Holiday exchanges can take an additional 2-3 days.
• If exchanging for another item (not for size) we recommend requesting an RA# for refund (see below) and placing a new order online.
• 30 DAY FREE SIZE EXCHANGE means we pay for the freight on the exchanged item for size back to you for first time domestic exchanges.
• Within 30 days of original purchase date (invoice "A"), unworn, unaltered merchandise, will NOT need a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an exchange. Service charge(s) apply to any unauthorized returns.
• After 30 days shipping/handling charges will apply to all exchanges.
• Most all domestic retail orders are released with a Pre-approved Exchange Authorization Label. An optional convenience label may be provided so that you can just hand it to a postal carrier but this label will require a $1.50 a pound charge (minimum $5, maximum 25 lb box). This charge will apply upon receipt.
